Cool.

I love the drums, and the samples are a nice touch, and the song itself is pretty cool.

AndieCiambotti responds:

Thanks for all the feedback, it really motivates me to make more.

Yes.

Another beautiful guitar piece. You certainly know how to squeeze beauty out of six strings.

AndieCiambotti responds:

Thanks dude :)

Sweet

I love this. It's awsome, and melodic, even.

What I hate, however, is the fact that when I clicked on it, it had a score of 1.75 and no reviews. As a listener, if you are going to vote 0 on something, at least have the decency to leave a review. Tell the artist why you didn't like it and what you feel they should change to make it better.
Personally, I don't hear any reason why anybody should vote less than 5. I think this is a beutiful piece of music. All the sounds complement each other nice, the melody is catchy and has enough movement to it to keep the piece interesting. But, whatever, this is turning into a rant.
Good music, like always. Love it, look forward to more.

man i REALLY appreciate that. thank you very much, and to be honest i thought the same thing, i wanted to know why it had gotten such bad reviews, but i had no comments about it, kind of frustrating but im pretty used to it at this junction, but again i really appreciate your comment, and im glad you liked it....and there will be more...

hmm...

Eh, it's alright. Like Stabby-person said, it's pretty much just a long intro. Its kinda cool for being live, though. What kinda synth was it?

betrayalisanART responds:

it was just basically a really distorted square tpye synth really distorted with a lot of random effects one of those times i was like ok im just gonna record and see what the hell i come up with, i put it on here cuz i was interested in the reviews...i knew theyd be uhhhhh interesting to say the least. i myself like only about 2:10 to maybe 3:00 of the whole thing as well haha

Well, damn!

It may not be for everyone, but it works for me. I absolutely love this.

betrayalisanART responds:

dude i so appreciate your reviews, and the time you took to listen, and im def looking forward to a collaboration

Hmmm...

I wasn't so sure on this one... until the piano kicked in, at least. After you added the piano, everything feel into place for me. I was able to nod my, tap my foot, even get down a little.
Good stuff.

betrayalisanART responds:

yeah thanks man, i actually uploaded this one ONLY because i figured no one liked anything without a seemingly techno backbone, i made this a long time ago as an experiment...haha funny to think that THIS was an experiment compared to the other stuff but yeah, its def not my regular style, but you have to try everything once, or twice....actually i guess you dont but haha i dont know....

I would make a 'Krafty' joke...

... but New Order already used that joke. However, good stuff. Reminds me very much of the German pioneers.

betrayalisanART responds:

if theres one thing i dont mind hearing, its that this sounds like kraftwerk ASSUMING you meant them as the german pioneers...and the whole 'krafty' thing haha

Beautiful.

Soothing, without being boring. Kinda reminds me of everything I like about Brian Eno, or the Warp Records stuff.
Excellent chill-out music, I like it.

betrayalisanART responds:

god damn i love brian eno, i have a song that ill be uploading soon, should remain true to the eno type ambiance...the sort of 'lack' of a rhythm floaty type sleeper music....and again, thanks a lot.

Wow!

I love what you did here. You really took this piece to a whole new level. This was one of favorite FFVI pieces, and I just love this rendition.

"I have found that I don't get nearly as many reviews I would like to get. How am I supposed to become better when I don't get the feedback I require?"
Too true. There's nothing worse than getting a low score, but no reviews. People need to learn how to review and give feedback.

-Oh, and I didn't notice any screw-ups on this song. I guess I just don't have critical enough ears.

Imn responds:

Low score and no reviews! ARGH! How am I supposed to fix my problems if you can't even speak to me!?

Anyway, there is one screw-up at 3:03-3:04, where the melody hits a few extra notes more than what it was supposed to (the same notes that occur at 2:56). This is when it's compared to the original song. And for some reason I cannot find the second screw-up... but yeah. They are there.

I am very glad that you enjoy the song; "Wild West" is truly one of my favorites from Final Fantasy VI as well. I actually put a few different sounds together with no planning, added the notes from Wild West, and immediately thought the outcome would be something to be enjoyed very much. This, of course, is the outcome. =P

Thank you for the review (more like a big compliment). I'd love to have you listen to more of my songs as you have done so with "Chasing Blue Stars (Rough);" it's nice to know that my works are enjoyable.

Love this.

This is a beautiful song, and proof that sometimes less is more. I love that slippery melody, and all the whooshes. I only wish this was longer.

p4c responds:

yeah, i did this as an exercise to see if u can make a song with sines alone, and it really put things into perspective 4 me--you dont need all the bells and whistles to sound nice. and once ur mission shifts from that to making good music, it feels so much more satisfying :) enjoy, ill have to cfheck ur stuff out again soon [cant right now, on vacation]

Should've used the Pythagorean Theorem, bitch!
