So Powerful.
This is such a powerful track. I don't know about Wintang's White Widow Weed, but this song makes me feel high just from listening to it. I don't know why you're looking for vocals, as all the music here sounds just fine to me. Do you have lyrics for these songs? Because if you're really in a pinch, I could try singing. I have some vocal examples @:

Keep Up the beautiful music.
You still got it.
This is one of the finest pieces of music I have ever heard, anywhere. Why this isn't a gold or platinum track, I haven't a clue.
Absolutely beautiful.
Cheers for the review, you'll find that none of my songs ever hit them sort of levels, it's mainly to do with where i post my music, everything barring one track is in indie, a rarely looked upon genre on here. It doesnt bother me tho, i mean the people who do hear it are happy with it, peeps like yourself. thanks for the kind words.
Pretty good.
This is good. I love the contrast between the two sections, and how it ranges from slow to a bit faster and more harsh. My biggest complaint is how uneven the mix is. The whole song seems to be entirely in the left channel. I don't know why that is, but I checked and it isn't any of my equipment, so it must be something in the mastering. That's just a minor complaint, though. These things tend to happen with lo-fi music, and this song has better production qualities than some of the "real" music that I've heard (i.e. Beat Happening, or just about anything on K records).
Actually I think Alex himself game me a similar critique to this one. This was one of my first song recordings, so the mic was even worse. But I was really happy when I've read on deviantART a critique from Alex.
Thank you for the wonderful reviews!
Strangely appealing.
This is hard to describe. I love the contrast between the high, fragile guitar melody and the low, powerful bass line. I don't if the static is intentional or not (it based on David Firth's music videos, after all), but it is slight jarring. Other than that, a lovely little piece of music.
I think if this one had more synth effects it would had make it a better Firth-esque ambient. But oh well.
Thanks for the deep review!
Brilliant!
I don't see the Edward Scissorhands inspiration, but I don't care, this is an awesome song. It's probably my favorite one on here. It reminds of everything I love about AlantheBOX's work (again, in a non-derivative way), and there's a beautiful lo-fi quality at work here.
I see only the goodness in the world when I listen to this music.
Aw I'm really glad about the goodness comment!!!
The chords I've chosen here are similar to Danny Elfaman's score on E.S. but I guess it's difficult to find them similar.
I hope one day you start making animations, since I'd love to see you using any piece you like from here!
Spooky.
I like it. It's creepy, but yet uplifting at the same time. I can't tell whether it's a synth or one of those old church organs, but it sounds good nonetheless. My only gripe is the quality is a little low, giving it a bit of a flat feel, but the strength of the performance compensates for that slight flaw.
Overall, a short, hauntingly beautiful piece of music.
Heh!!! It's actually one of those old organs :P
And about the quality as always, my mic is the cheap, regular one, I really have to update it.
Thanks for all the reviews man!
So good! So very good!
Really nice. I especially like the reverse bits, it ties everything together so nice and adds an almost "other-world" quality to it. It loops really well, too. It took a couple of listens before I noticed the loop point.
Great stuff!
Thank you very much for the kind review!
Simply Wonderful.
This is nice. It has a kind-of AlantheBOX feel to it (but not in a derivative way). I listen to this song all the time. My only complaint is that I wish it was longer.
Newgrounds could use more music with this level of quality.
Thanks Eric! I really apreciate it. I am a big fan of alantheBOX and I have him as a really inspiring thing for my music style.
Thanks again!
Should've used the Pythagorean Theorem, bitch!
