Every time I get hungry, I am either hungry for pancakes, or tacos. It doesn't really make sense to me, but I don't argue with it. I just give in. I either have pancakes, or I have tacos. Although, the difficulty arises when I have to choose between one or the other. I love both, and that makes it so hard to be decisive. Some people say that I should have pancakes in the morning, as they are normally considered to be a breakfast food, and tacos in the afternoon and at night, for obvious reasons. But why should I resign myself to their standards of conduct? If I want pancakes at eleven o' clock, then I will have pancakes at eleven o' clock at night, and I'll be damned if I let anyone stop me. And if I want tacos on Tuesday at two in the morning, then I will have my alliterative snack, and I will enjoy it. But I just love them both so much.
Ultimately, it doesn't matter much. I usually let my friends decided what we eat, as they are far pickier eaters than I, and usually insist that we eat somewhere that carries an alternative to tacos or pancakes. They enjoy things like waffles and burritos. I don't understand them. They can have their needless "variety", I am fine with tacos and pancakes.
